| About Low-Emedia
Low-Emedia is a company that was created by Andrew Lowe.
The idea was to create a company that could create any kind
of media imaginable from websites to video and music.
Originally all media such as short films and websites,
which are either on or referenced within the Low-Emedia
site, was created under the 'Delta Enterprises' or 'Delta
Digital Enterprises'. These were both early names for what
was to become Low-Emedia in 2004.
Our first project was a short film created under the name
'Delta Enterprises' in 2001 and was called 'Where Did It
All Go Wrong?'. The story was a couple that were visiting
a counsellor in order to try and save their relationship.
The film lasted roughly 20 minutes and was shot using an
out-dated full size cassette SVHS video camera. The films
comprised of solo and joint interview. The idea was to show
that people have different perceptions over the same events.
Our first site under the name 'Delta Digital Enterprises'
was created in 2001 and was mainly a film site for the work
that was being completed. The idea was also to have the
site include all the ideas that was being created at that
time, which was mainly films. Also the site would be where
everything could watch the films we have made. In time the
site would expand to include all media such as websites
and multimedia applications using Flash or Shockwave.
In late 2004, Low-Emedia was set up in its current form
and our website has been redesigned periodically. It has
included updating our media content.
A few months after Low-Emedia was created, the Delta Films
was set up as an on-line film festival. Users can login
and upload their own short films or scripts. This site has
also been going through a redesign to incorporate PHP coding
and MySQL databases.
